UPS.com Reimagined Project
During my time as a senior information architect at UPS, my team and I have been spearheading the transformation project at dot com. Handling onboarding and the preference center, we were (and currently are) the first applications to undergo this overhaul and complete redesign. From the beginning, we assessed many different best in class examples and had a mini-workshop discussing our findings. Through that, we were able to solidify a direction and feel for the project, which is where the real work began!
Working with our budding design system and a number of components of our own creation, we conceptualized, built, and delivered quality wireframes and prototypes that greatly enhanced the usability and modernized the UPS onboarding experience.
